By accessing or using allbid.bid (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
allbid.bid is a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard. Your position on a board is determined by the amount you bid relative to others. A higher bid ranks higher; a lower bid still places you on the board at the position that bid can take.
All bids are processed securely through PayPal. New spots start at $5. Once your payment is confirmed, your listing is published to the board. Bids are one-time payments for placement and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for the name, link, handle and logo you submit. You must own or have the right to use them. We may remove any listing that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, offensive, or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
Rankings can change at any time as other users place higher bids. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, visibility, or any particular outcome from a listing.
You agree not to abuse the Service, attempt to manipulate rankings through fraudulent payments, upload malicious content, or violate any applicable law.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, allbid.bid is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
